       strengthens your arms along with good stretch to the spine and relieving tension

(8). Shoulder stand, or Sarvangasana:- This pose relieves tension in your heart and strengthens your core.Enhance your balance and get a new perspective on your body. Additionally, it is helping find your balancing center.

(9). The plough pause, or Halasana :- This pose extends your neck, spine, and hamstrings. Apply light  pressure to the thyroid gland and enhancing the circulation of thyroxine encourages the relaxation of the digestive organs.

(10).The relaxation pose known as Savasana (Corpse posture) maintains healthy blood and air circulation in our bodies and enhances general wellbeing.
